Fat free brownies? That are easy and delicious? TRUE!

(This is not a paid review, nor have I received any free product, incentive, bribery, jewelry, trips, or compensation of any form from this company. But...I'm open to any of the above.)

So one night while visiting my mom she says to me, "Hey, want some brownies?"

My mind whirled through pros, cons, potential tricks to this question.

"It's a yes or no question," my mom said.

"Well, yes, but...no, I don't want to go over my points today," I said, regretfully.

"No, no, this is No Pudge mix, it's great...it's fat free. You mix it with nonfat vanilla yogurt then microwave it for one minute and it's delicious. Trust me."

I must have looked suspicious because she brought me the box. I read the side panel for nutrition information and then I did a quick calculation...wow, only 2 Weight Watcher points. Not bad!

You can make either a pan or a single serving; we opted for two single servings and made each in a little glass custard dish.

Honestly...this is delicious. I think it is very rich and decadent. If you ever have chocolate cravings but watch fat intake, seriously, stock up.

I've tried all of the flavors. I'm not a fan of coffee flavored (not my taste), but the plain, mint and raspberry are too good to be true.

I can't find it in my stores, but I know HEB carries it and I bet you can request they order it. All stores should carry this anyway; it's that good.

You can also check the No Pudge website for a guide to Where to Buy or buy direct on their website.

Try it and let me know what you think!

Hi Julie - I tried to link to your post on Using My Words - but I couldn't get into the comments (?) - so I'm over here. I liked your post (over there) very much. It was very informative and poignant. I have never had fertility problems, but I did have a miscarriage a few years ago and the one thing I remember most about that awful experience was something the doctor said to me (stupid woman) when she realized I was miscarrying - she said, "At this stage, we don't call it a baby." I can't tell you how this affected my whole life (especially my life during that time). It was a baby - it was MY baby. She was a stupid woman - I never went back to her. I had the chance to tell this story to my daughters (twins) recently when the subject of abortion came up - they sort of had a very adamant view that it is every womans choice ... I told them my story about that lost baby and we talked a long time - their view changed (not because I pursuaded them, but because they saw things differently). This post of yours helped me see things differently, clearer - about infertility -thank you. And thanks for visiting my blog - come back again soon. (I really need to move this comment to your other blog but I have no idea how to do that - if you do, maybe you can move it - sorry - just learning all this blog stuff).

I have never tried, but heard they are delicious. I know my Weight Watchers friends love them.

Thanks for commenting on my blog.

We've been using these as a foil for a while now, mainly to 'force' difference flavours on them but also to get spinach in them!

Take a 10 oz frozen packet [thaw it first] whizz it and the mix in the food processor and it just blends in. Honest! It makes them much moister and you can still see flecks of green but they still eat them and love them!
Cheers

Hey! I will have to try these. I have a Deceptively Delicious brownie recipe that's only 2 points but I actually have to do some serious baking, mixing and melting for those!
